I highly recommended David to anyone know needs a personal injury or accident lawyer. I was unfortunately in a car accident that required physical therapy and felt overwhelmed. David walked me through every step and held my hand throughout the whole process. From filing out the paperwork, communicating with insurance companies so I didn’t have to, setting up my physical therapy appointments, and answering any questions I had along the way. I remember all of those late night TV ads for personal injury attorneys when I was a kid, they all seemed so gimmicky. Then I got hit by a bus (a BUS) in August 2024 and needed one. I did a quick google search for attys with WMATA experience, and L&T was at the top of the list. I reached out and David called personally soon after. We spoke for 15 mins or so about the process, fee structure, and basic expectations. After several physical therapy visits and some rehab, the suit was won in December, with the payout in February.
